Step One: Spot your own lies.
Step Two: Admit your own lies.
Now for some important details. When you spot your own lies you just notice when you lie, who you lie to and why you're lying. The watchword is NOTICE. When you admit your own lies you don't do that to anyone other than yourself. You're not confessing, speaking, writing letters or anything of the sort. Both steps are done silently in your own mind and no trail of confession is left out in the world. None.
So...why bother if you're not going around making amends, apologizing or trying to fix things or patch them up with other people? Good question. This particular practice if for YOU and you alone. It's to humble you and allow a natural expansion of consciousness (and all of who you are) after you "get 100% real with yourself". It's very effective and I urge you to dive in.
To your truer self,
Warmest regards,
Rudy Hunter
