#1: Cut yourself a reality-check break! This means if you've suffered depression or back pain or insomnia for 20+ years you'll have to be patient with results using any modality--including my energetic work. That's not to say that lots of folks don't get really dramatic and quick results--they sure do. And if you're not even sure about that go scan all the testimonials & feedback on my sites. But...and it's a bit but (so to speak) you'll need to look at how long you've layered up your condition with issues & triggers & challenges versus how much time you've devoted to energywork to correct it. Just notice that and allow the grace, aplomb and speed of energywork to do its thing in your life. There are thousands of other ways to get better that work...but none is more gentle, kind & elegant than this kind of energywork that I offer. I am, however, really biased!!!
#2: Grab your focus by the scruff of the neck and redirect it! This means that if ALL you EVER focus on, work on, complain about, do processes for are money issues (just as an example) or perhaps your chronic sadness (another example) you're actually making yourself more stuck! Here's the fix that's so simple. Take a tool like the free Pure Energy Page which is no cost and up 24/7 for your use HERE and use it a few times on all the OTHER issues in your life that you NEVER work on. Why? Because that's where the "secret glue" is hiding which is binding you to your main issue. Really and truly.
#3: Go help someone else! One of the fastest ways to activate (put into real action in the real world) your healing is to go help someone else. Just thinking about helping doesn't count. Go volunteer, donate, rake leaves, offer time, offer help, go tell jokes to grumpy people, help folks across the street, shovel poop at the shelter...anything. It's like a shortcut to get your energetic corrections into higher gear.
#4: Practice active gratitude! Every single day of your life from now on--especially because you're asking the Universe and the Powers That Be for help--be grateful for what you're grateful for. Some folks like to list it each day (a great practice; try it for a week or a month!) and some like to express it and thank everyone and everything. Just do it as Nike tells us. Gratitude really does quicken healing. It will even quicken yours.
#5: Catch your criticism and drown it with water! What? You heard me...catch yourself criticizing others and especially yourself and cut it out. Stop it. In my humble opinion, having worked with folks on the deepest of emotional and physical issues for over 30 years, this habit CAUSES and BUILDS some of the nastiest, scariest and most awful dis-eases and dis-comforts that you don't want to show up in your life. So stop it. Instead...go drink another glass of good, clean water to flush your system of the poison that criticism creates in your bloodstream.
Finally...lean back into your ongoing work of self-healing with a session or another tool or participating in the free monthly healing calls and some of the other things I offer. Be gentle with yourself as you build back your strength, immunity, humor and soft-heartedness. I already know you well enough to tell you that you're absolutely worth it.
