I was amazed how the energy that surrounded my deepest feelings of what has now turned to rage was taken away.

Well.. I noticed that I felt like I was moving through space and at the end, I felt no attachment to the situation and person I was having difficulty with. Felt really good until this morning when I was triggered by this person’s smart remarks because he didn’t want to hear my ideas. Guess I’m going to have to purchase this one. Situation is getting worse, not better. I think I need an attitude adjustment.

I feel 250% lighter : ). Um I cheated a bit though, after listening to the In & Up replay and MMYOB this morning I AM FLYING HIGH!! I feel light i was in a tied down hot air balloon and some one (Rudy) cut the ropes!!!
