It's what we do with our most-cherished difficulties. We're too scared to NOT engage them so we do the opposite. We polish them. This doesn't get us resolution, freedom or release from them. It only gets us very shiny problems. Do we only want a collection of very bright difficulties? There are better ways...
To get a mini-intro-crash course intro to energy work just go to my other website: http://sacredeighthealingenergy.weebly.com/ and you'll be able to learn a full system that's quite versatile, easy-to-use and amazing. It's also 100% free. You're welcome.
Energy is not the only option to polishing. Observation is another powerful tool that doesn't appear quite as sexy, but it's very powerful. Instead of polishing a problem, observe it instead. Sounds too easy, right? Our mind will do almost anything to get us to NOT do that (because it works so well!). The mind is complicit in every problem we have. The reasoning goes that the mind (who creates the trouble) doesn't want us to actually SEE what's there (because it will vanish under enough observation) because it fears its own elimination. Complex but true.
Take one of your problems you normally polish and this time look (without changing, fixing, running away or avoiding it) at it with curiosity for 3 to 5 minutes. Your problem will change, reduce and often vanish. It's true--but your mind will talk you out of doing this exercise. It doesn't want you to. If you do it as instructed you'll be amazed at the results. Not a lot of production values, just amazing healing changes simply.
Having worked with people & animals for nearly 30 years I can tell you for certain that healing requires you to stop polishing. Polishing is perpetuating the problem. Whether it's financial, romantic, health, career or personality, polishing can not work. What works is dissolving the problem by any sensible means necessary. In working with folks is very precarious positions in their lives, many near death, I can tell you that those folks who were willing to pony up and begin their emotional work did better than those who didn't. The "workers" lived better, died better and gained peace. Those who didn't do their work continued to polish and to suffer. It's just the way of things.
I urge you to collect some/all of the tools I'm sharing with you so you can gently dissolve your difficulties. The tools are simple. The process is simple, even though it may feel scary at first. We all hate change; that's why it's tough. If you need help I'm available to assist you. You can have all the peace you want once you've learned these tools. Good luck.
